Admission Policy


  • Participation conditions for the delegates on behalf of the Ukrainian companies:

    These conditions of participation are valid for representatives of organizations of any form of ownership registered on territory of Ukraine except delegates from representative offices of foreign companies in Ukraine.

    Delegates from representative offices of foreign companies in Ukraine can participate in the conference on the terms of the foreign delegates participation.

    The registration fee for participation in the conference per one delegate is:

    1000 UAH — if paid before 31 January 2018
    2000 UAH — if paid before 28 February 2018
    4000 UAH — if paid before 30 April 2018
    6000 UAH — if paid after 30 April and during conference days (21-22 May 2018)

    20% discount is applied for the second and each next delegate from one company if registered at once.

  • Participation conditions for the delegates on behalf of the foreign companies:

    You can participate as a delegate if you are CEO, CFO, Owner, Partner of foreign entities working in the shperes of:

    • Law and auditing firms
    • Investment funds
    • Asset management companies
    • Financial companies
    • HR companies
    • IT Companies
    • Real Estate Companies
    • Trading and Industrial Companies
    • Banks

    The participation fee is 950 Euro per delegate.

    The second and each next delegate from one company is accepted for 475 Euro fee.

    Companies and their representatives which activities are not listed above admitted to the conference as Sponsors, Exhibitors or Speakers only. Please request the conditions from organizers by e-mail

The participation fee is non-refundable.

Participants who applied for registration and who are not able to attend the conference by any reason should change the delegate from their company or may cancel their registration by informing organizers not later than on 30 April 2018

Change of participants after 30 April 2018 is not permitted.

In exceptional occasions Organizers can refuse registration without explanation.


Entrance to the conference is allowed to registered participants only.
Distribution of business cards by the conference participants is allowed only on behalf of the companies they were registered from. Distribution of business cards on behalf of other companies shall be deemed as violation of registration and participation rules.
Public advertising and distribution of any marketing/promotional materials at the conference are allowed to sponsors and exhibitors only.
Photo and video shooting at the official part of the conference can be done by organizers, sponsors and exhibitors only.
Organizer reserves the right to use and publish photo and video materials of the conference and its participants in the open sources.
Participants take an obligation to hold to conventional standards and rules of business ethics.
Wearing badge with lanyard provided by Conference Organizer is obligatory during the conference.


The Organizer does not assume any responsibilities for visa procurement, transportation or accommodation of delegates.

Violation of the above stated rules of participation may result in the denial of registration for the next events organized by Intax Group for a period determined by the Organizer.

This admission policy has been developed solely to provide comfortable and constructive communication to all participants of the event.

Full Name;
E-mail address;
Contact numbers, other possible backup contacts (name of organization, etc.)

and hereby I authorize and grant my voluntary, unconditional and time-unlimited consent to process, storage, distribute and third party access to my data in cases of/ in cases related to:

  • conference materials preparation and making (printing badges of participants, etc.);
  • assistance in booking and accommodation in hotels;
  • assistance in obtaining transport services;
  • and / or receiving additional services related to participation in the Intax Group events;
  • marketing activities of Intax Group company and its partners (sending messages (push messages, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, and other messages sent with a help of various OTT-applications, SMS messages, messages of another type / method of transmission) to communication facilities provided by me about Intax Group and its partners events).


In view of my personal data insertion to the Intax Group personal details database, I hereby confirm that I have been written informed about the purpose of data gathering and about the persons whom my personal data is transferred to.
